Kristen joined Alan's team in October 2001 as an assisant to Alan. She immediately obtained her license in real estate allowing her to show homes, write contracts and answer questions as needed.
Kristen has a stong background in customer service coming from the hospitality field as well as the insurance industry. She is a Rochester native and very familiar with the area.
In addition to supporting the office, you'll also find her volunteering at Alan's charity events.
